Saucy Chicken Cutlets

2 packages chicken cutlets
1 egg
2 cups bread crumbs
1 (12 ounce) jar apricot preserves
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Dip the cutlets in the egg and cover with breadcrumb, then fry the chicken cutlets.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a pot over low flame
pour sauce over chicken cutlets
Bake 20 min at 350
