From my friend Debri:
3 pkg (8 ozes) philly fat free cream cheese
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until well blended.
Add eggs. Mix until blended.
Pour mixture into pie crust (or into pie plate with graham crumbs on bottom)
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until center almost set. Cool.
Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Top w/fruit if desired.
