Tuna Patties

24 oz tuna (4 cans)- I prefer white tuna, drained
2/3 cup matzah meal
1/4 cup mayo
4 eggs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp dried minced onion
1/2 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients. Shape into patties as large as you want. Heat oil in a frying pan. Put patties in and fry on each side on golden brown.
